Creating and Deleting Shops

Creating and deleting shops are part of the main command.

Create: /customshops create <name> <size>

Delete: /customshops delete <name>

If a shop is deleted but other shops still have items that open that shop, they will still have an association with the deleted shop. When clicking the items, nothing will happen. If you create a new shop with the same name, the items will open the new shop.
